There were several flocks of these pretty Flamingo's all around the reserve, some were dancing the day away, some had young.

STARLINGS.


Some cheeky ones have learnt how to get on the nut feeders.

BLUE TITS.


The Bluetits are starting to come back but i fear they may be low in numbers.

COMMON WHITETHROAT.

One pair in my garden feeding on the blackfly on the cherry tree with the willow warblers.

WILLOW WARBLER.

This one of a pair been visiting my garden for at least two years now. They have a good feast on the blackfly that developes on the top of my wild cherry for a few weeks.

These Teasels are set ready to feed the birds in jan / feb 2006.
